Here is exactly how JobFoxly is built and where your data lives.
The app runs on a Hetzner server in Europe. Your job data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on a Hetzner server in Europe. Redis is used to make the app fast. Grafana and Prometheus are used to monitor that the app runs well. None of these share your data outside of Europe.

Is there a legal agreement?
Yes. JobFoxly has a signed NDA with Mistral AI. NDA stands for Non-Disclosure Agreement. It is a legal document. It says Mistral cannot use your data for anything other than your request.
This is not just a promise. It is a legal obligation. Mistral AI agreed to it in writing.
Does JobFoxly show ads?
No. JobFoxly does not show ads. There are no advertisers paying to reach you. There is no ad network connected to the app.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete your account and all your data at any time. Because JobFoxly stores data in Europe, you have full rights under GDPR to request deletion.
