Questions job seekers ask
Direct answers about tracking jobs, saved data, plan limits, team features, and the Market.
Jobfoxly cannot load job postings from websites that block automated access or require a login. In these cases, you can still add the job manually by filling in the details yourself.
When you paste a URL, Jobfoxly loads the page, takes a screenshot, and uses AI to read and extract the job details. This typically takes around 10 seconds depending on how fast the website loads and the AI response time.
Jobfoxly uses a screenshot-based AI extraction pipeline to read the page as a human would. It extracts the job title, company name, location, a description of the role, and contact details including the recruiter name, email address, and phone number when listed. It also captures contract start and end dates, weekly hours, and application closing dates where available. All extracted fields are editable before you save the entry.
Yes. After fetching, all fields are editable. The AI does its best, but you can always correct or add missing information before saving.
You can upload PDF and DOCX files for CVs and other attachments. Files are stored securely and linked to individual job entries. The Pro plan includes 250 MB of file storage and the Business plan includes 500 MB of file storage. The free plan does not include file storage. You can label each upload so you know which version of your CV was sent for which role.
No. Your job entries, contacts, notes, and uploaded files are private to your account. Jobfoxly does not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. We use AI vision to extract job details from URLs you submit, but this is processed without storing the source page content. Jobfoxly is operated from the Netherlands and is fully GDPR-compliant. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what is collected and why.
Yes. Under GDPR, you have the right to access, export, and delete all your data. You can delete your account directly from your profile page. You can also contact us at [email protected] for help.
Yes. Jobfoxly is fully responsive and works on phones and tablets through your browser — no app download needed. You can view your job list, update statuses, add notes, and check follow-up dates on the go. The URL fetch feature also works on mobile: paste a job URL and let Jobfoxly extract the details automatically.
Yes. Jobfoxly has a permanent free plan that lets you track up to 3 active jobs with 15 URL fetches per day — no credit card required. The Pro plan (paid) increases this to 15 active jobs, 30 fetches per day, 250 MB file storage, and basic insights. The Business plan gives you unlimited active jobs, unlimited fetches, 500 MB storage, full application timeline insights, and customisable sharing. All paid plans include a 30-day free trial with full Business features.

Yes. The Team plan is built for recruitment agencies and HR departments that manage multiple job seekers. It includes a base fee of EUR 29.99/month plus EUR 12.00/month per member seat, with the admin seat included free. All members get full Business features.
First, create a free Jobfoxly account. Then go to your Profile page, subscribe to the Team plan and complete payment. After that, go to Team in the sidebar and create your team — your subscription connects automatically. The admin seat is included at no extra cost.
You can create up to 5 teams where you are the admin. Each team is independent with its own members and data. You can also be a member of additional teams created by others without this counting towards your limit.
The Market is a shared space where Pro or higher plan users can make job postings, contacts, and companies publicly available or share them with their team. Free users can browse and import listings.
Each contact and company in the Market has a community rating from 1 to 5 stars. Any user who has imported a listing can leave one rating and an optional review note. The average updates automatically as more ratings are added.
Yes. When sharing a contact or company to the Market, you can choose to include your personal rating and review note in the shared fields. These appear as part of your listing's public information, separate from the community average rating.
Use the search box at the top of the Market page to filter listings by job title. Type part of a job title and the results update automatically. You can combine the title search with the country filter to narrow results further.
Some job listings are published automatically from recruitment agency websites. The app checks these sources regularly and imports new postings. Each source is set up by an administrator and only shows listings from verified agencies.
Go to your profile page and click the location field. Start typing a country name and select it from the dropdown list. Your location is saved when you click Save Profile.
Yes. When you open a public job posting on the Market page, you will see an "Import to team" button if you are a member of a team. If you belong to multiple teams, a dropdown lets you choose which team to import it into. The posting is added to your team market and assigned to you automatically.
When a team member imports a public job posting, they are assigned as an applicant on that posting and all team admins are assigned as recruiters. The team admins also receive an email notification so they can review and manage the posting.
The Favorites button marks a contact or company as a favourite. Favourited items are highlighted with a gold button, and you can use the Favorites filter at the top of the page to show only your favourited entries.
Contacts and company listings on the Market page have a Favorites button. Tapping it opens a prompt asking whether you also want to import the listing into your tracker. To remove a favourite, tap the button again.
Yes. When you import a job posting from the Market, Jobfoxly automatically fetches the full details from the original posting URL using AI — the same process used when you paste a URL yourself. This fills in the job description, contact details, and start and end dates even when the listing owner only shared basic fields. If the original URL cannot be reached or blocks automated access, the import still completes using the fields the listing shared.
