Please read these terms carefully before using Jobfoxly.

User: any person or company that creates an account or uses the Service.
Service: the Jobfoxly web application, a SaaS platform for tracking job applications, including all related features, APIs, and documentation.
Account: the personal login credentials and associated data created by the User to access the Service.
Subscription: a recurring paid plan (monthly or annual) that grants the User access to premium features of the Service.
Agreement: the contract between the Provider and the User, formed upon account creation, consisting of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.
Content: all data, text, files, and other materials uploaded or entered by the User into the Service.
These Terms apply to all use of the Service and to every Agreement between the Provider and the User.
By creating an account or using the Service, the User agrees to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will let you know about important changes by email or a notice in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you agree to the new Terms.
If any part of these Terms turns out to be invalid, the rest of the Terms still apply. The invalid part will be replaced by a valid version that stays as close to the original meaning as possible.
To use the Service, you need to create an account with a valid email address. You can sign in with a magic link or through Google or Microsoft.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens in your account.
The User must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep their account information up to date.
The User may not create multiple accounts, share account access with third parties, or use another person's account without permission.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or that have not been used for more than 12 months in a row.
Jobfoxly provides a web-based platform for tracking job applications. Features include importing job postings via URL, storing application details, uploading CVs and documents, and managing the status of applications.
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available". We do our best to keep it running, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available. We will let you know about planned maintenance in advance when possible.
We may change, update, or remove features of the Service at any time. If we remove something important, we will let you know in advance.
The Service relies on third-party websites for job posting data. The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data extracted from external sources.
The Service is available in a free tier with limited features and a restricted number of tracked jobs.
Paid subscriptions (Pro and Business) unlock additional features such as unlimited job tracking, document management, advanced analytics, and priority support. Current pricing is listed on the Jobfoxly website.
Subscriptions are billed in arrears on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in euros (EUR) and inclusive of applicable VAT where legally required.
The Provider reserves the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. The new price applies at the start of the next billing cycle after the notice period.
Payments are handled by a payment provider. By paying, you agree to the payment provider's terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the User before the renewal date.
If a payment fails, we may limit access to paid features until the amount is paid. You will be notified of any payment issues by email.
Right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht): if you are in the EU, you can cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. To do this, email [email protected] before the 14 days are up. If we have already fully delivered the Service during this period with your clear agreement, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Refunds are sent within 14 days using the same payment method.
The User may cancel their paid subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support.
After you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account goes back to the free plan.
If you go back to the free plan and have more data than the free plan allows, your data is kept but you cannot access the extra items until you upgrade again or remove them.
We may close your account if you seriously break these Terms, for example by abusing the Service, not paying, or breaking the law.
The Provider may offer a referral program that allows Users to earn a commission by referring new paying subscribers.
Referral commissions, eligibility requirements, and program rules are described on the Jobfoxly website and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Commissions are only earned on real referrals. Referring yourself, creating fake accounts, or abusing the system means you lose your earnings and your account may be closed.
We may hold back or take back commissions earned by breaking the referral program rules.
The User retains full ownership of all Content they upload or enter into the Service.
By using the Service, you give us permission to store, process, and show your Content, but only to make the Service work for you.
The Provider does not access, sell, or share User Content with third parties, except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for what you upload. Do not upload anything that is illegal, harmful, or violates someone else's rights.
Everything in the Service — the software, design, logos, and documentation — belongs to us.
You may use the Service for its intended purpose as long as you have an account. This right is personal and cannot be shared or transferred.
You may not copy, change, take apart, share, or build on the Service or any part of it.
We handle your personal data according to the GDPR and Dutch privacy law. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
The User has the right to access, correct, export, and delete their personal data at any time through their account settings or by contacting support at [email protected].
We use proper security measures to protect your data from being accessed, lost, or changed by others.
If something goes wrong, the most we will pay is the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or EUR 100, whichever is more.
We are not responsible for indirect damages, such as lost data, lost income, or business problems caused by using the Service.
We are not responsible for problems caused by: (a) you not keeping your account safe, (b) incorrect data from other websites, (c) outages beyond our control, or (d) you breaking these Terms.
These limits do not apply where Dutch law does not allow them.
We do our best to keep the Service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
We are not responsible if we cannot provide the Service because of events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, internet problems, government actions, pandemics, or failures by other services we depend on.
These Terms follow the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall first be referred to amicable resolution between the parties. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute will be handled by the court in the district of Noord-Holland, the Netherlands.
If you live in the EU, your local consumer protection laws still apply when they give you more protection than Dutch law.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
